Orientalist and Turcologist. Speaker at international conferences in Turkey, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan. Since December 2012, Honorary Professor at the University M. Tynyshpayev of Almaty, Kazakhstan.
He is author of numerous articles relating to turcology and geopolitics on various newspapers and magazines. Among other publications, in 2010 he writes the monograph, Ahmed Yassawi: Shaman, Sufi and Kazakh Poet. In 2011, together with Andrea Marcigliano, publishes, The Eagle in the Sun, Leadership and Charisma from Kültegin to Nursultan Nazarbayev. In 2015, Kazakhstan: A Time, a Space, a Destiny. The 550 years of Khanate. The latest publication, of 2017, is Kālī Dance, the Keralite Massage.
